Victoria Justice to Star in MTV's "Eye Candy"

Making the leap from Nickelodeon to MTV, Victoria Justice will star in a new pilot, "Eye Candy" for the network.

Based on the R.L. Stine thriller, the "Victorious" star will portray Lindy, "a beautiful but reclusive hacker whose blog exposes everything from terrorist plots to suspected killers."

Helmed by "Twilight" director Catherine Hardwicke, in the show Lindy is targeted by a dangerous cyber stalker and believes one of her suitors to be the culprit. When things take a deadly turn, she teams up with the city’s cyber-crime unit to catch the killer.

Stoked for the new opportunity, the 20-year-old actress tweeted, "Well I guess the cat's out of the bag! I'm beyond excited 2 be working w/ @MTV on this amazing project."
